You like to spend your time:

  • Working out of our Vancouver office as part of our Marketing team (which is made up of a Senior Copywriter and Web & Graphic Designer), as well as collaborating with the Sales teams.
  • Generating Marketing Qualified Leads for our Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Sales Directors through Google Adwords, social media, email, webinars, online promotions, landing pages, and other online marketing initiatives
  • Owning and managing the inbound and outbound MQL funnels using various resources, tools, and integrations, including HubSpot CRM, Outreach, Instabot, etc.
  • Researching, planning, executing, tracking, and analyzing all lead generation marketing campaigns, including negotiating pricing, calculating ROI, and project managing deadlines and deliverables
  • Researching, planning, executing, tracking, and debriefing events such as conferences or tradeshows, including managing budget and contract negotiations, choosing and ordering swag and materials, project managing deadlines and deliverables, and measuring ROI
  • Collaborating with Sales team members to grow, qualify, and prioritize lead pipeline and choose what materials or messaging to use for campaigns and events
  • Working with Customer Success & Support on customer marketing initiatives, such as NPS surveys and outreach campaigns


Your Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years in a Demand Generation role like this one or reporting to a role like this one
  • Huge bonus points if at least 1 of those 2 years are in Enterprise B2B SAAS marketing
  • Easily balance independent ownership of projects with a collaborative team mindset
  • Proactive, strategic, detail-oriented, data-backed
  • Meeting deadlines under pressure, prioritizing multiple tasks, and communicating effectively

Your Area of Expertise:

  • Direct and Digital B2B marketing for a SAAS product
  • Google Adword campaign creation and management
  • A/B testing and tools
  • Sales funnel management through a CRM (we use HubSpot)
  • Customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies
  • Interpreting data, measuring KPIs, and forecasting trends
  • Conference/tradeshow detail planning, coordination & execution
